160 YEAR OLD STONE HERITAGE HOME RETROFIT
We love that the owners decided to preserve the heritage while improving the health, comfort and efficiency of this home! The challenge was to make the home more comfortable while maintaining the structural integrity and aesthetics of the building. In a high performance home, a lot of the value and what contributes to the health, comfort and efficiency of the home goes into the walls. This submission to the 2021 Renomark Reno Tour allows you to walk through a worksite in 3D to see the behind-the-walls details as through you were there. Photo and Video resources and links embedded in the tour add more insight to the details of this home we completely gutted, transitioned to electric heating/cooling and gave a beautiful fresh update, restoring and repairing the old facade and adding a new primary suite. |
