Marcel was born and raised in Gatineau, Québec. Growing up, he developed a skill for baseball which would lead him to play across the United-States. It thought him self-discipline, work ethic and attention to detail. His father owned a general contracting company and would bring him along on jobsites which sparked his passion for construction. He loves working with his hands and loves even more the reward of creating things form square one. What set The Conscious Builder aside from the competition for Marcel was its way of integrating environmental consciousness in not just the way we live but where we live.

His ambitions are to become a red seal carpenter and to learn something new every day.

Outside of TCB, Marcel develops young baseball players across the region. His hobbies are to fish, play guitar and lifting weights.
