PAST PROJECT FEATURESPASSIVE HOUSE: COUNTRY STYLE
A stunning, farmhouse-style Passive House that is Net Zero thanks to the roof-mounted photovoltaic system that pumps electricity into the grid. This home is heated and cooled with an air-source heat pump system rather than traditional fossil fuel and positioned on an east-west axis for solar gain in the winter. |

PASSIVE HOUSE: BASECAMPThis Passive House was designed by it's inhabitant, architect E. Jane Wilson, and built on the concept of being simple, easy to maintain, and suitable for the owners as they age. The open concept home has beautiful exposed beams and a minimalist feel. It was consciously designed at an angle facing directly South which allows the space to visually open up.

R-2000 AND ENERGY STARThis beautiful custom home feels modern and luxurious while it meets the R-2000 standard with high insulation levels in the walls, ceilings and basements; high-efficiency windows and doors, high-efficiency heating, whole-house mechanical ventilation, airtightness and water conserving fixtures.
