Chad joined the Conscious Builder in 2016 and during this time has focused on the development of systems and processes. His past experience as an Operations Engineering Manager in New Zealand for a high volume product healthcare company led to his passion for Continuous Improvement and team development. 

Today, Chad also operates a successful engineering company in the field of Aerospace and Defense often leveraging ideas to help The Conscious Builder grow. His communication skills, ability to bridge gaps between team members and processes and help with identifying the root cause of issues contributes to increasing quality and efficiency in residential construction at The Conscious Builder.
