Area of Work: 95% Ottawa Area - City Limits (almost always within city limits)
Rate: $25.00-$29.00 dependent on experience
Benefits: Currently no benefits, but company is working on basic benefit plan in 2021
Vacation: Standard Vacation (2 Weeks)
General Builder

Skills/Experience
- Currently a Carpenter with minimum 5 years hands on experience with residential (home renovation, additions or new builds).
- At least 3 years hands on experience with demolition, Footing and ICF work; Framing; Window and door installation; Exterior siding of all kinds; Insulation work; Drywall work; Interior door and trim work; Flooring, Tile Work, Cabinetry Installation.
- General Responsibilities also include: Material take offs and ordering; Supervision and management of other employees and sub-trades for the project assigned; Read and interpret construction plans; Submit any receipts in an organized manner to the office; Completion of Daily Work Logs; Working as a team with fellow employees and sub-trades.
Requirements
- Must have own vehicle and clean drivers abstract (may be times when will be in company vehicle with lead)
- Must be willing and able to travel in the City Limits of Ottawa, some outside Ottawa work (eg. Renfrew, Constance Bay, Navan, Rockland)
- Tools: Must have own tools (large power tools provided by The Conscious Builder)

- Training arrangements can be provided by The Conscious Builder upon hire.
