Sebastian Bax was born and raised in Ottawa. He always knew he wanted to work with his hands, and after witnessing a renovation at his neighbours house as a young kid, he knew he wanted to be a builder.

After high school, he enrolled in the Building Construction Technician program at Algonquin College. Upon graduation, he began his apprenticeship, and has been in the field ever since. With 15+ years of experience and a red seal certification, Sebastian has worked in all aspects of carpentry and construction, with a focus and love for the finishing side of the trades.

​In his personal life, Sebastian is married, and he and his wife have one daughter. They live in the west end of Ottawa, and enjoy spending as much time together as a family as possible. He also has a deep love for music and travel. He played in a band for 10 years as the drummer, and has done extensive travelling through Europe and South East Asia.
