Nick Poloz grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. At a young age he was drawn to general construction and knew this was the career path that he wanted to pursue.

Nick has had the opportunity to work in many different sectors of the construction industry, ranging from new home construction to commercial construction, as well as whole home renovations and finally heritage carpentry/restoration. After completing the red seal program in carpentry, he has used his skillset to deliver quality homes to many Ottawa home owners. Nick is always learning about new systems and developments in the construction industry and is enthusiastic about constructing efficient homes.

Nick is passionate about the outdoors, live music and time spent with his family. On a summer weekend you will typically find him in the woods, by the lake, camping and spending time with his friends and family.
