Jeff was born in Ottawa, but has spent the majority of his life in the suburbs of Toronto.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Jeff brings an eclectic skillset to the table. Beginning his career as a laborer for a small general contractor, he spent a decade working for several Toronto area companies honing his skills in carpentry, renovation and restoration, culminating in a broad understanding of conventional residential construction. Jeff then spent the next fifteen years as a freelance carpenter, completing high-end renovations before leaving the Toronto area to pursue a more rural lifestyle. In his personal life Jeff is a devoted husband, an avid outdoorsman, a marathon runner and a lover of animals. He enjoys studying philosophy, physics, and sociology in his free time. As a self described “serial hobbyist” he can be found on weekends in his workshop building a myriad of electronic and mechanical projects. |
